Rochelle is a member of our dedicated support team based in South Africa for Woodbridge International. She, along with other team members, assist with our global outreach campaigns. Rochelle has 19 years of experience in the Insurance as well as the Marketing industry. She worked for National Brands Ltd for over 8 years in the Accounts Department. Prior to Woodbridge International, she worked for Metropolitan Life as a Claims Consultant.
Leilah is a member of our dedicated support team based in South Africa for Woodbridge International. She, along with other team members, assist with our global outreach campaigns. Leilah comes from an Arts background and has experience in marketing and customer service. Prior to Woodbridge International Leilah managed her own business in Health and Wellness for 5 years.
Kyle oversees Woodbridge’s underwriting process (due diligence), a component of every sell-side transaction. Clients benefit from Kyle’s comprehensive background in financial consulting for private equity and closely-held businesses. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Kyle served as a manager at CohnReznick, LLP, a leading U.S. accounting and advisory firm. In this role, Kyle specialized in transactional due diligence and litigation support services, including investigative/forensic accounting and valuation services. Kyle is a member of the CT Turnaround Management Association. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds an Accredited in Business Valuation Designation (ABV), and earned his Accounting degree from University of Connecticut.
Conor’s role is to ensure Woodbridge’s marketing campaigns succeed. He serves as an advocate for our sellers by contacting all buyers/investors who have expressed interest in their business. Conor answers buyers’ initial questions, provides additional information and motivates them to submit offers. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Conor held marketing, sales and administrative positions at ADP and other companies. He earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
Ash is an accomplished mergers and acquisitions professional with a background in negotiation, corporate planning and business strategy. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Ash served as Director, Planning & Corporate Development for Allstream, a major Canadian communications company. At Allstream, among other responsibilities, Ash managed mergers and acquisitions, which included identifying needs and cultivating acquisition opportunities, overseeing due diligence, negotiating definitive agreements and assisting with integration. Earlier in his career, Ash was a Senior Auditor at AlliedSignal and, earlier, a Senior Associate at PwC. He holds an MSc in Finance from Drexel University, an MBA from the University of Scranton, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Dirk-Jan was a principal of the Vorgers Bower Group, an international consulting firm providing advisory services on business development and mergers and acquisitions. There he managed numerous international M&A transactions involving businesses across a range of industries, as well as developing new Web-based applications to improve the due diligence process. Woodbridge clients benefit from Dirk-Jan’s extensive international experience and technical expertise. He holds a Master degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente, The Netherlands, where he specialized in Logistics and International Management. He also recently earned a CM&AA (Certified Mergers & Acqusition Advisor) Certificate from Loyola University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.
