Woodbridge International Announces Acquisition of Dare Mighty Things by MPSC

Woodbridge International, a global middle-market M&A firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client Dare Mighty Things, LLC by Military Personnel Service Corporation (MPSC).

Headquartered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Dare Mighty Things provides training, consulting services, and technical solutions to a range of clients in the government and nonprofit sectors. The Company specializes in performance management solutions for large-scale programs that affect at-risk and vulnerable populations.

MPSC is based in Falls Church, Virginia and has over 1,500 employees across the U.S. The company provides professional program management, administrative, and support services to the federal government.

Dare Mighty Things founder, Dave Van Patten, has been providing management and leadership to the firm for over 23 years and will continue to serve as a senior advisor to MPSC and Dare Mighty Things, LLC.
